SHORT-TERM OUTCOMES: ADULTS WITH CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE ARE AWARE OF AND HAVE ACCESS TO INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT SERVICES; EFFECTIVE PREVENTION, INTERVENTON AND TREATMENT STRATEGIES ARE PROMOTED FOR PRESCHOOL AGE THROUGH COLLEGE AGE YOUTH.
INTERMEDIATE OUTCOMES: ADULTS WITH CHILDREN REDUCE THEIR ILLEGAL OR ABUSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS; YOUTH HAVE ACCESS TO CONTINUUM OF PREVENTION, INTERVENTION AND TREATMENT PROGRAMS FROM PRESCHOOL TO COLLEGE.

SHORT-TERM OUTCOMES: FAMILIES ARE AWARE OF AND HAVE ACCESS TO EXISTING SUPPORT SYSTEMS; SYSTEM OF WRAP-AROUND SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO MEET MULTIPLE NEEDS OF FAMILIES; FAMILIES HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN PARENTING EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND FAMILY-BASED ACTIVITIES; DEVELOP A COMMUNITY INITIATIVE AROUND DEVELOPMENTAL ASSETS.
