Commissioners Tracy and Koeper to speak at Pachyderms meeting
The SEMO Pachyderms Club will host Cape Girardeau County Presiding Commissioner Clint Tracy and Associate Commissioner Paul Koeper at 7 p.m. Thursday at Dexter Bar-B-Que, 236 S.
