Cypress Creek is in Alexander, Union, Johnson and Pulaski counties in Illinois. Once approved, the plan will direct the management of habitats on the refuge for the next 15 years.
Hard copies of the draft can be obtained by calling Cypress Creek National Wildlife Refuge at 618-634-2231 or online at www.fws.gov. Comments will be fielded until Sept. 30 and can be directed to Mike Brown via email, Mike_Brown@fws.gov, or 618-634-2231.
