Frankie Muniz stars as Cody Banks, the teen spy who can't figure out how to talk to girls. He returns to Kamp Woody for more CIA training before moving to London as a foreign-exchange student. But as his new mentor (Anthony Anderson) informs him, he's really there for another assignment. Rated PG for action violence, mild language and some sensual content.
