Niswonger announced the UMW legislative training event will be March 8 and 9 in Jefferson City, Missouri; the district spring meeting will be April 2 and the fall meeting and mini School of Missions will be in October, which Grace UMW will host.

Members were reminded to continue saving soup labels, box tops and used postage stamps.

She urged members to start putting aside items for the sale. We will need lots of publicity for this event and everyone's help. We were asked to save plastic shopping bags to use that day. Plans are to have two checkouts and a banker to hopefully facilitate people paying for items and leaving.
