The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is forming its Co-ed Softball League for the 1992 season. Games will be played weeknights from 6:30-9:30 p.m., starting May 18. The league is open to any teams including businesses, churches and independent teams. Divisions and the number of games will vary depending on the number of teams that sign up, and the league will be limited to the first 20 teams.

The entry fee is $200, which includes officials, trophies, a tournament, play-off games and game balls. A league meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the A.C. Brase Arena Building. Anyone interested in entering a team in the league should attend the meeting.
