The company hired by the city of Cape Girardeau to clear ice storm debris has started a second sweep.
Brookfield, Mo.-based Marriott Logging is revisiting each street and will make a final collection, weather permitting, on April 4.
City of Cape Girardeau residents who choose to haul their own debris may take it to the city's Transfer Station, at 2500 S. Sprigg St., free of charge through Monday.
Non-residents and commercial businesses can pay to use the Transfer Station. The station is open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday through March 31. Use the South Kingshighway detour to the transfer station.
