Latrobe has enjoyed the summer spike for 40 years, attracting up 100,000 visitors to St. Vincent's College to see the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Chiefs are expected to spend part of a $25 million tax credit to build an indoor practice facility at Missouri Western State University and move their training camp from River Falls, Wis., to St. Joseph in 2010.
