Public hearings

* A public hearing regarding the request of Phillip T. McClellan for a special-use permit for gasoline pumps at 1101 William St., located in a C-1, Local Commercial District.

* A public hearing regarding the request of JJP Investments LLC for a special-use permit for gasoline pumps at a new convenience store to be constructed at the northeast corner of Sprigg Street and Shawnee Parkway (Highway 74), located in a C-1, Local Commercial District.

* A public hearing regarding the proposed annual operating budget for Fiscal Year 2006-2007.

* A public hearing to consider vacating the city's interest in a 50-foot-wide tract of street right-of-way between Lots 6 and 7 of Sunset View Subdivision, known as Lisa Drive, in the city and county of Cape Girardeau.

Consent ordinances
