The Cape Girardeau Municipal Band will hold its weekly concert at 8 p.m. Wednesday in Capaha Park. The theme for the concert is "March Spectacular." Special entertainment will be provided by the "Spotlight Tonight" singing group. The program will feature selections from John Philip Sousa's comic opera, "El Capitan," highlights from "The Music Man" and the marches "Ramah," "Amparito Roca," "Thunder and Blazes," "Invercargill" and "The Freelance."...

The guest director will be Salvation Army Capt. Robert Gauthier.

Band conductor Ronald Nall said people are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs.
