CHILDREN WILL MAKE KITES FOR JAPAN'S FESTIVAL OF SPRING
Japan's Festival of Spring will be presented in an art program Saturday afternoon at Alma Schrader School. The 2 p.m. event is part of the Festivals, Families and the Arts program presented by the Southeast Missouri Council on the Arts.
