CHARLIE NEEDS FALL VOLUNTEERS
Project CHARLIE (Chemical Abuse Resolution Lies in Education) is in need of volunteers for the fall school semester. Project CHARLIE is coordinated by the Excelsior Optimist Club of Cape Girardeau. The program is taught to second- and fourth-graders in Cape Girardeau and Jackson public elementary schools.
