Scott County Prosecuting Attorney Paul Boyd filed 30 misdemeanor charges Thursday against a Sikeston, Mo., couple who allegedly supplied alcohol to minors at a high school graduation party.
The charges allege that Mark Anthony Cheatham and his wife, Terry Brewer-Cheatham, provided alcohol at a party for 30 minors between the ages of 17 and 20 at their home.
In addition to the charges against the couple, Boyd also released the names of the 30 minors who were issued citations for possession of alcohol by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety. Those minors:
