Charges dismissed against Southeast student accused of assault

The charges against Sinuo Li, 25, of Cape Girardeau have been dismissed, according to the Cape Girardeau County prosecuting attorney's office.
Li had been charged with third-degree assault after allegedly threatening to rape and kill his roommates in February at a house they shared on South Park Avenue.
