A retired Chaffee woman recently uncovered $10,000 in the Missouri Lottery's "Instant Monopoly" scratcher game. Florence Diebold, 64, said every afternoon she goes to Heisserer's Express Mart on Main Street for coffee.
Last Wednesday, something told her to buy some lottery tickets.
"I bought $20 worth," she said. "The 11th one was the winner."
Diebold plans to go on a shopping spree with her lottery windfall. She may also give some to her church.
"Instant Monopoly" is Missouri Lottery's newest scratcher game.
