Chaffee mayor's resignation letter, newspaper column available

The Southeast Missourian has obtained copies of Chaffee Mayor Loretta Mohorc's column for the Scott County Signal announcing her resignation, her letter to the city council in which she retracts the resignation and the city's policies in regards to the police chief's duties.

Mohorc decided to resign Thursday morning, but by afternoon had changed her mind.
