CENTRAL TO HONOR SPORTS, ACADEMICS AT BANQUET

The Cape Girardeau Central High School booster club will hold its All School Recognition Banquet Tuesday, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Convention Center.

Tickets for the buffet-style dinner are $3 for students, $5 for adults. They can be purchased at Howard's Sporting Goods, Shivelbine's Music Store, the high school or at the door.

Top academic and athletic students will be honored, including the presentation of the Darla Pannier and Lou Muegge awards. The Cape Central Athletic Hall of Fame inductees also will be honored.
