CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL TO HOLD BACK-TO-SCHOOL EVENT TONIGHT

Back to school night at Central High is tonight

Cape Girardeau Central High School parents and teachers may discuss student needs and class schedules during Back-To-School tonight. The wrong date was published in Tuesday's Southeast Missourian.

The event begins at 7 p.m. with a brief meeting in the auditorium.

Students will follow a regular daily schedule with abbreviated class periods during the event, and parents will follow the class schedule of their children.

Teachers will use the time to discuss course content and provide information relative to the class in which their student is enrolled.

Members of the vocational staff will be in the library to meet with parents at their designated class time. Those teachers teaching senior high classes at Central Junior High will be in the auditorium and meet with parents there.

Refreshments will be available in the cafeteria. Parents and teachers may use "prep" and study hall sessions to enjoy coffee, punch and cookies.
