CENTRAL GRADUATE EARNS SCHOLARSHIP

Martin. W. Grebing, a sophomore at Chowan College in Murphreesboro, N.C., has been awarded the Eva Ethridge Scholarship for the 1991-92 academic year. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Grebing of Cape Girardeau.

The scholarship was endowed by the estate of Eva Ethridge Miller of North Carolina. It was awarded to Grebing upon his selection as co-editor of the Chowan student newspaper, "Smoke Signals," for the upcoming year.

Grebin, a graduate of Cape Central High School, is majoring in commercial art at Chowan.
