ST. LOUIS (AP) -- The President Casino in downtown St. Louis is reopen after Mississippi River floodwaters receded.
President Casino officials say the river rose to the point that operations had to be temporarily suspended on Saturday, but said clean-up was minor. The casino reopened Tuesday.
The casino is housed inside a boat on the river, just north of the Gateway Arch. It is owned by Las Vegas-based Pinnacle Entertainment Inc.
The temporary shut down was the first flooding closure for the President Casino in about six years.
