The conference allows people from different parts of the community to share information and resources. Several area businesses, including Procter and Gamble, Tri-Con and U.S. Tool, will showcase successful and innovative programs offered to their employees and the community.

Community programs showcased at the conference include the Futures Program of the Division of Family Services, the Primary Care Clinic of the Cape Girardeau County Health Department, the Caring Communities and the Southeast prototype program which brings together schools and community. A program on community resources for older adults is also planned.

An open microphone segment will allow participants to share briefly their own programs and services.

For more information, call the Caring Council office at 651-2099.
