CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Takara Stanley of Cape Central High School will join approximately 200 other sophomore leaders from public and private high schools in eastern Missouri at the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundations's annual leadership seminar.

The program will be held this weekend in St. Louis.

At the seminar, the young leaders will discuss issues with community leaders in business, industry, education, the media, the professions and the arts.

The Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation offers programs in the United States and 25 foreign countries. Over 14,000 students take part each year.
