CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Christine E. Klueppel, of Cape Girardeau, has received a President's Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University next fall.

The scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who have a combined high-school-rank percentile and test-score percentile of 160. The scholarship is worth $700 per academic year and is renewable for up to four years.

Klueppel is a senior at Notre Dame High School. She is editor of the yearbook and is a member of the liturgy committee at Notre Dame. She plans to pursue a degree in nursing at Southeast.

Klueppel is the daughter of Frank and Carolyn Klueppel of Cape Girardeau.
