Joshua Joseph Halsel, 23, of 1829 Old N. Sprigg St. was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines for peace disturbance.

Danny Merriweather, 34, of 1137 S. Pacific St. was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
