DWI Scott Conrad, 37, 1718 Montgomery, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated Saturday.
Arrests
Devon M. Dale, 17, 1011 Oak Ridge, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of no operator's license.
Tiana Fleming, 19, 36 N. Ellis, Apt. A, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of violating a noise ordinance.
A 39-year-old man was taken into protective custody Sunday.
A person was taken into custody Sunday pending filing charges of domestic assault and possession of a controlled substance.
Summonses
Stephanie Martin, 23, 110 S. Hanover, received a summons Saturday for noise ordinance violation.
Joseph Atkins, 25, 412 Koch, received a summons Saturday for noise ordinance violation.
Lance Garner, 25, 136 S. Henderson, received a summons Saturday for noise ordinance violation.
Assaults
An assault was reported Saturday at 911 S. Pacific. A juvenile was taken into custody.
An assault was reported Sunday at 5 S. Henderson.
Thefts
A cell phone was reported stolen Saturday at 223 S. Ellis.
A gold necklace was reported stolen Saturday at 528 N. Fountain.
Credit cards were reported stolen and vehicle windows damaged Sunday at 424 Marie.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Dmart, 3276 William.
A jewelry box and its contents were reported stolen Sunday at 302 N. Middle.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg.
A CD player was reported stolen from a vehicle Sunday at Kingshighway and Independence.Property damage
A parking sign at Independence and Spanish was reported damaged Sunday.
Miscellaneous
A dog bite was reported Saturday at 1800 Perryville.
