CAPE NATIVE EARNS HER DOCTORATE IN BUSINESS

Diana Miller Rosenstein, a native of Cape Girardeau, recently received a doctorate in business administration from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.

She and her husband and son leave for Pordenone, Italy in December to teach in the International MBA Program of the Consortium of Universities for International Business Studies.

Rosenstein is a graduate of Cape Central High School, Southeast Missouri State University and Memphis State University. She is the daughter of the late Lowery B. Miller and Flora L. Miller, formerly of Cape Girardeau.
