Brian A. Taylor, 37, of Marble Hill, Mo., is charged with one count of methamphetamine conspiracy, two counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors, one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials, one count of solicitation of unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors and one count of retail theft.

Dustin J.D. Overbey, 19, of Cape Girardeau is charged with one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors, one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials and one count of retail theft.

Taylor is alleged to have obtained pseudoephedrine pills from Anna retailers May 13 and 22 for the manufacture of methamphetamine. Overbey is alleged to have acted with Taylor on May 22.

Both men are being held at the Jackson County Jail in Murphysboro, Ill. Taylor is being held on a $75,000 bond, and Overbey is being held on a $30,000 bond.
