Roger Stone, 33, of Cape Girardeau was sentenced on Monday to 15 years in prison on a federal drug charge.
U.S. District Judge E. Richard Webber sentenced Stone in federal court in Cape Girardeau on a felony charge of attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.
Stone was found unconscious in his vehicle along Cape Girardeau County Road 481 on March 1.
A search of Stone and his vehicle uncovered items used in the production of methamphetamine, federal prosecutors said.
Stone admitted that he had been involved in "cooking" methamphetamine, prosecutors said.
In another case before Webber on Monday, Tommy David Guy, 39, of Trumann, Ark., pleaded guilty to a felony charge of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
Guy was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by law enforcement officers in Cape Girardeau County on Aug. 2. A .44-caliber revolver was found in his possession.
Guy, who was convicted in 1991 of two felony counts of first-degree battery, now faces a maximum punishment of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The judge set sentencing for Jan. 27.
