The case was moved from Cape Girardeau County on a change of venue. Circuit Judge Fred Copeland is allowing Campbell to delay reporting to the Pemiscot County Jail until Jan. 9 to be transported to prison.

Campbell still faces charges in Cape Girardeau County for first-degree burglary and second-degree domestic assault, stemming from a September arrest. A jury trial has been set for March 12 in that case.
