CAPE INSURANCE MOVES OFFICE

Cape Insurance has moved.

"We're in a newly remodeled building at 107 S. Broadview," said Loy Welker. "This will be our permanent location."

Loy and Mary Welker and Paul Stehr are owners of the insurance firm, which moved from 20 S. Sprigg.

"One of the agencies that lease space in the structure at 20 S. Sprigg needed more space," said Welker. "This building was available and we decided to purchase and remodel it, giving up our space on Sprigg Street."

The Welkers are among owners of the group that purchased the former Van Matre Buick building at 20 S. Sprigg last year and remodeled it.

Cape Insurance is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
