Amber Hecht got the call to "come on down" in late November when she and her fiance, Paul Stemmerman, vacationed in California, Amber Hecht's sister Emily Hecht said Thursday.
The show airs at 10 a.m. on CBS, and Emily, who lives with Amber, said there will be a viewing party at their house this morning.
Amber Hecht was unavailable for comment Thursday.
As part of the selection process, the show's producers ask about the prospective contestants and what their favorite game is. Emily said Amber's favorite game is Plinko and a deciding factor in her selection may have been a T-shirt she was wearing with her grandmother's face on it.
