CAPE GIRARDEAU STUDENT GRADUATES WITH HONORS

Catherine Marie Retherford of Cape Girardeau graduated May 16 from the University of Missouri-Columbia with honors.

She graduated Summa Cum Laude, and had studied physical therapy.

She was a member of Alpha Eta Society, devoted to scholarship in allied health, the Golden Key Honor Society, was a member of the third team GTE Academic All-American in Softball and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

She is a 1988 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School and will be in practice at Southeast Missouri Hospital's physical therapy department.

She is the daughter of Dottie Retherford of Cape Girardeau and Mike Retherford of Cape Girardeau.
