To celebrate National Library Week, April 13 to 19, the Cape Girardeau Public Library will hold three programs.
There will be a crime victims rights program given by NASV and Safe House staff members at 7 p.m. April 14 at the library's meeting area.
The Winchester House program will be given by Bill and Barbara Port at 7 p.m. April 17 in the Genealogy section of the library.
An after-hours program to introduce the Latino population to library services including the Internet, a brief review of databases and a bilingual read for the youngsters will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 18 at the library.
