* Request of Cape Girardeau Baptist Association for a special-use permit for an administrative facility for the Baptist Collegiate Ministries at 1016 N. Henderson Ave. (rear) in an R-2, single-family residential district.

* Request of Mike and Bonnie Smith for an amendment of a special-use permit for a community unit plan to add a third building to the existing apartment complex at 2784 Lynwood Hills Drive.

* Request of Stacy Lange for a special-use permit for day care for up to eight children with one assistant at 733 Watkins Drive.
