* Recommended approval of a request of First Assembly of God Church and Cape Area Family Resource Center, Inc., for a special-use permit for the operation of a family resource center at 1202 S. Sprigg St.

* Recommended approval of a record plat of Universal Real Estate, Inc., townhouse No. 1, amended. The tract is located at 3029 and 3031 Patriot Drive. The developers are John and Jill Smirl.

* Recommended approval of a record plat of Sherwood Valley Subdivision. The tract is located at 2456 Brookwood Dr. and the developer is Shirley A. Harrison.
