Details: With his plea Jenkins admitted that on March 26, 2008, Cape Girardeau police arrested him during a traffic stop in the 200 block of Lorimier Street after he attempted to flee the scene on foot. Police saw drug paraphernalia in his car and arrested him after he tripped over a curb and fell down. Police found a bag containing six smaller bags of crack cocaine, wrapped for individual sale.
