The daylight robbery occurred when the man answered his door to find three men there. One of the men had what the victim believed was a handgun, Glueck said. The victim was struck in the head once and he handed over cash and credit cards, Glueck said. The victim refused medical treatment.
The suspect, who was armed, was described as a stocky 5-feet-9-inch-tall man in his 20s. He was wearing a brown jacket, Glueck said. The other two suspects were described as males in their 20s with no other details. Police made no arrests. Anyone with information concerning the robbery is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 332-0500.
