Cape Girardeau man injured when motorcycle strikes deer
A Cape Girardeau man was injured in a one-vehicle motorcycle crash Thursday night on Route K. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's crash report, the accident happened at 10:30 p.m. when 27-year-old Shawn M. Hinkebein struck a deer at Route K and County Road 318 and went off the road on his 2001 Suzuki motorcycle. He was taken by private vehicle to Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau with moderate injuries...
