A 42-year-old Cape Girardeau man faces four counts of statutory sodomy and a $20,000 cash-only conditional bond on charges stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred in February at a Cape Girardeau apartment.

Cameron D. Beasley, 3002 Themis St., Apt. 1, was arrested Thursday.

According to a probable-cause statement by Cape Girardeau detective Darren Estes, the incidents took place Feb. 20 and Feb. 25, and involved two boys younger than 16.

Forensic interviews were conducted with the two minors March 26, and they both reported Beasley had molested them on those dates, the statement said.

Beasley was interviewed Wednesday and admitted to molesting the victims, the statement said.

He denied "ever having done this to any other children," the statement said.

Cape Girardeau County Associate Circuit Judge Gary A. Kamp set Beasley's initial appearance for 1 p.m. Monday.
