The Cape Girardeau County Commission will host budget hearings for the county's treasurer, auditor and collector offices at 10 a.m. Thursday in the county administration building, 1 Barton Square, Jackson.

Commissioners will first meet at the 9 a.m. ribbon cutting for Route PP improvements and park access roads at JIDC Industrial Park, where American Railcar Industries, Inc., is expanding facilities. After the ribbon cutting, commissioners will head to the county administration building for the remainder of the meeting.
