Public Hearings

Request of Red Oak Estates for special use permit for a model home as a sales office.

Request of East Missouri Action Agency for a special use permit to operate community action programs including Head Start at 1111 Linden.

Plan for relocation assistance from the Community Development Block Grant program for the flood buyout.

Consent Ordinances (Second and third readings unless otherwise noted)

Agree to place a stop signs on Stonebridge Drive and Grant Street.

Issue $9 million in water system refunding revenue bonds. First, second and third readings.

Execute a license and indemnity agreement for a temporary gravel street on Dixie Boulevard right of way.

Prohibit parking on section of South Sprigg Street.

Grant a special use permit to Red Oak Estates for a sales office.

Prohibit parking on Caruthers adjacent to Central High School.

Approve plan to place a stop sign at Caruthers and Whitener.

Resolutions

Execute a contract with Bowen Engineering for the Hopper Road project.

Execute an agreement with Southeast Missouri State University for the Henderson-New Madrid Street intersection project.

Donate reserve fire engine to the Delta Volunteer Fire Department.

Approve annual city audit for year that ended June 30.
