New ordinances (First, second and third readings)

* Ordinance authorizing the issuance of sewerage system revenue bonds (State Revolving Fund Program) Series 2000, for the purpose of extending and improving the city's sewerage system; prescribing the form and details of the bonds and the agreements made by the city to facilitate and protect their payment; and authorizing a no-interest loan from the Water and Wastewater Loan Fund of the state of Missouri and prescribing other related matters.

* Motion accepting into the city's system the effluent from a sanitary sewer line serving lots along Bloomfield Road and Giboney Woods Subdivision.

* Motion accepting into the city's system the 12-inch transmission water main and the 6-inch water lines serving Giboney Woods Subdivision.
