An ordinance granting a special use permit to P&J Marketing, L.L.C. for purposes of constructing and maintaining a parking lot on the southwest corner of Emerald Street and Frederick Street.

An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of 300 N. Main St. from M-2 to C-3.

An ordinance granting a special use permit to Maple United Methodist Church for purposes of constructing and maintaining a new sign at 2441 Jean Ann Drive.

An ordinance amending Chapter 29 of the City Code relating to duty of owners to connect to public sewers.

An ordinance authorizing the acquisition of property for the improvement of Silver Springs Road between Highway 74 and Mount Auburn Road.

An ordinance approving the record plat of Mansouri Subdivision.

An ordinance reaffirming the action of the city council declaring it necessary to improve, providing for the improvement, directing the city manager to enter into a contract to do the work, and providing for the manner of payment of the work, of making certain sewer improvements in Sewer District No. 14-K-7, by constructing sanitary sewers to serve certain properties along Perryville Road.

An ordinance levying a special assessment for the Siemers Drive widening from Campster Drive to Bloomfield Road, and authorizing the issuance of special tax bills therefor.

An ordinance establishing the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-F-8A, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 14-1-F, approving the plans and authorizing the construction of a system of sanitary lateral sewers in Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-F-8A, under a private contract subject to certain provisions.

An ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to an agreement with the Missouri Department of Transportation for a grant to fund a general public transportation project to be funded under Chapter 53 (5311) of Title 49, United States Code.

An ordinance providing for a sales tax in the amount of one-quarter of 1 percent for the purpose of providing revenue for the operation of the Cape Girardeau Fire Department and calling an election on the question of whether to impose such sales tax.

A motion accepting the improvements to the Recreation Trail, Phase I, from Minnesota Avenue to Brink Avenue, and authorizing final payment to Nip Kelley Equipment Company Inc. contingent upon proper submittal and correction of required paperwork items.

A motion authorizing the mayor to submit a letter to the Missouri State Highway and Transportation Commission in support of funding options for allocation of state and federal highway money.
