* A motion accepting the public improvements completed with the Kohl's Project, and authorizing administrative close-out of the project, enabling the city manger to execute the certificate of reimbursable project costs.

* A motion accepting into the city's system the storm sewer and sanitary sewer improvements to serve Emerald Forest Phase II in Sewer District 16-B as shown on the approved plans contingent upon receipt of inspection fees.

* A motion to decommission two fire department reserve trucks.
