An ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute a special warranty deed to St. Francis Hospital of Franciscan Sisters for unneeded right of way for the Silver Springs Road project, north of William Street.

An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of part of Lot 35 of Doctor's Park from C-1 to C-2.
