Public hearings

Request of Charles L. Hutson Trust to rezone 120 and 122 S. Spanish from R-4, multiple family residential, to C-3, central business district.

Amendment to the zoning ordinance to allow bed and breakfast inns or hostels in R-3, two-family residential districts, with a special-use permit.

Request of Mae Josephine Roth for a special-use permit for a bed and breakfast inn at 735 Perry Ave. in an R-3 district.

Consent ordinances

Place yield signs on Cape Rock Drive at its intersection with Lexington Avenue. Second and third readings.
