Petition for annexation of a 20-acre tract of land owned by the Southeast Missouri University Foundation. The land is immediately north of the Northfield Subdivision. No opposition.

Request by St. Francis Medical Center for a special use permit to construct a five-story medical office building. No opposition.

Consent ordinances

Established limited parking on Randol Avenue and Lynnwood Drive. Second and third readings.

Placed stop signs on West Cape Rock Drive, Lexington Avenue and Benton Hill Road. Second and third readings.

Named Northchurch Street and Patriot Drive. Second and third readings.

Enlarged boundaries of a sewer district. Second and third readings.

Approved plat of dedication for right of way along Wilson Road. Second and third readings.

Accepted an easement for the extension of Abbey Road. Second and third readings.

Extended the cable television franchise agreement to Jan. 22, 1995.

Enacted a property maintenance code. Second and third readings.

Authorized issuance of special tax bills for the paving of Lexington Avenue, from Cape Rock Drive to Old Sprigg Road. First reading.

Accepted water-line easements for extension of a water main to serve Wilson Road area. First reading.
