Consent Ordinances

Grant a special use permit for an addition to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 741 Forest Ave.

Grant a special use permit for apartments at 99 S. Park Ave.

Grant a special use permit for a cellular communications tower on Lot 3 of Silver Springs First Subdivision.

Designate Old Hanover Lutheran Church as a historic landmark.

Adopt distance and location restrictions for an adult business.

Accept a deed for the Cape LaCroix/Walker Branch Flood Control Project.

Execute an indemnity agreement for a retaining wall on the Missouri Street right of way.

Adopt the operating budget for fiscal 1997.

Award a contract to Nip Kelley Transportation for subsidized taxi coupon program.

Adopt a new section on vacated structures as part of the minimum property code.
