-- Vacated the city's interest in a utility easement in Chapel Heights Subdivision.

-- Accepted a general warranty deed for the closure of the city landfill.

-- Authorized mayor to execute a permanent easement for closure of the city landfill.

-- Amended city code relating to careful and prudent operation of a motor vehicle.

-- Amended city code relating to exceeding speed limits.

-- Approved a plat for Rusmar Street.

-- Enacted a new section of the city code relating to prohibited truck traffic.

-- Amended Schedule W of the city code establishing prohibited truck traffic.

-- Amend code of ordinances by changing zoning at the southern intersection of Kingshighway and Boulder Crest Drive.

-- Grant a special use permit to Vernon E. and Carole S. Rhodes for a community unit plan.
