• A public hearing regarding the request of Dane Evans to rezone 545 Asher St. from R-3, two-family residential, to C-3, central business district.

• Ordinance authorizing the issuance of special tax bills for the demolition of dangerous buildings under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances.
